Next Level Physio is the best physical therapy office I have ever been to. (I have had joint injuries and replacements and have been to many different places.). The entire staff is friendly, helpful and professional. My physical therapist, Dr. Alex is so knowledgeable, compassionate and motivational at the same time. I enjoy doing various exercises instead of the same ones over and over again. I’m having knee replacement surgery in a few weeks. I’m doing pre-hab to get stronger and it is working! After my post surgery rehab, I will transition to the personal training that is offered to continue to regain my strength. I can’t recommend them enough!

I had a great experience with Next Level Physical Therapy. Dr. Alex understands running mechanics, addressed the root causes of my injury. She created a practical strength and mobility program to safely return to running and begin training for a marathon. Exercises were tailored to my injury, progress was well tracked, and I felt supported throughout the entire rehab process. Highly recommend for runners dealing with injuries.
