Health and Wellness with HBOT is amazing! Dr. Lopez is extremely knowledgeable about hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and the chamber experience was both relaxing and energizing. Leslie, Joss, Allie, and Gabe were all so kind and made me feel welcome and cared for. The red light therapy helped with inflammation, and the cold plunge was the perfect reset. You can tell the whole team truly cares. Highly recommend!

My entire experience with Health and Wellness has been amazing! Leslie, the owner, makes you feel so special and truly cared for. The state of the art, holistic approach is a must for anyone wanting to heal naturally- whether it be after surgery or just for a “pick me up”. I highly recommend this facility for any and everyone. I will definitely be back to try out their other services, as well as the Amazing hard chamber oxygen therapy again! I give them Five enthusiastic stars- more if I could!

I did the cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen chamber. The cold plunge was such a reset, my God. Finished it up w infrared sauna which warmed me up. After, I hopped in the red light therapy room which felt very relaxing & then the oxygen chamber. That night I slept like a baby, woke up feeling refreshed for a change, & am definitely going BK. Referred all my friends as well Solid 5 stars, my body can feel the difference. Very nice place inside, too. Highly recommended 🙏🕯️
