Called yesterday(the day before New Year’s Eve) to see if they had normal business hours. Drove an hour and got stuck in heavy traffic to find out they switched their holiday hours to close at 4pm. Very disappointed.

I love the availability of this place and the professional atmosphere. I always feel so much better when I leave. Chronic migraine and kidney stone sufferer and this place is my haven.

Made an appointment, got a reminder text, called to let them know I’d be 3 minutes late and she told me she was closed and they wouldn’t help me. Told me I didn’t have an appointment. Extremely extremely unprofessional. Especially because this was for our trip out of the country tomorrow morning. Will never recommend to anyone.
