After my baby was born, I struggled with intense postpartum depression and intrusive thoughts. It was a difficult time, and I was desperate to feel like myself again. Starting ketamine treatment at Reyou was life-changing! The shift happened quickly, and I was able to start enjoying my baby and being present in those early months again. One thing that meant a lot to me was that I could continue breastfeeding during treatment, which made the process feel much more manageable as a new mom. The staff at Reyou are incredibly caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. You feel supported the entire time. What also sets them apart is their integration program .. it’s not just the treatment itself, they help you actually process and integrate the experience in a meaningful way. I’m also so happy they opened a location closer to us in Middlesex County. If you’re on the fence about trying it, I would absolutely encourage you to go.

I have been challenged by anxiety, chronic pain and steady underlying low grade depression. They all seemed to feed off of each other. Pretty accurate coming from a history of C-PTSD, which encompassed many traumatic experiences. I was tired of waking up to pain anxiety and depression on the daily. They had become the Gods of my existence. I am crying with gratitude for what ketamine has taught me about myself. I always knew I was a soul inhabiting a body, but ketamine allowed me to feel what that meant. In my first session I felt my soul being poured into my body and the constraints in which my soul had to live in, along with the added history of the traumas I had survived as well as familial and societal norms. In that first session I also learned that I could breathe beyond the constraints of my body and that I could take this knowledge with me. That was just the beginning. The revelations I am able to process thru ketamine therapy are mind blowing and are evolving me in a way I have no words for. Except to say the depression is gently lifting, the anxiety is losing its grip on me and the pain is learning its way out. I also realized that there was a part of me that was feeding the anxiety, as well as the pain and therefore the depression. Anxiety, pain and depression had become how I identified as a human being. I had become hyper-focused on these things and everyday I would tell myself the same story about them. Ketamine helped me see myself from a different perspective. It allowed me to see that my hearts good wishes and desires for me were already in me. I didn’t need to learn anything, I just needed to uncover what had been waiting inside of me all along. This experience feels like integration of all my fractured parts finding their way home. My deep gratitude to the crew at ReYou, Nurse Julie and my Integrative Coach Nikole. Truly wonderful at what they do!!! I am blessed to have found this path!! Thank you!!!
