Maureen is one of the kindest & calming people I have ever met. When I first started seeing her, I was struggling heavily with negative thinking & low self-esteem. She worked with me on identifying the root causes of my negative patterns, & taught me valuable tools to get better. I looked forward to seeing Maureen every week, and still look up to her so much!

Maureen is a wonderful therapist. She has helped my discover things about myself and find different ways of viewing events and people in my life so that I am able to truly find peace and a sense of self control/respect that I couldn't do for myself. I continue to see her periodically as she has become a permanent anchor that I can go to when I need a reset on my thinking.

Had a great experience working with Maureen through a difficult time in my life. I loved that she incorporated various techniques and therapies including meditation, somatic exercises, generational analysis and talk therapy.
