I have been to East Coast Cryo Studios MANY times. The first time was out of curiosity because I had never tried cryotherapy before. Every visit after was because I felt the major benefits that first time AND the environment is so peaceful and relaxing. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. They make you feel great the second you walk in. They explain everything that will happen, and offer many different options for comfort. I've utilized almost all of their amenities and can tell you I love them all. The infrared sauna is my favorite. In fact, their Fire and Ice package is the best... Sauna first, then cryotherapy. Highly recommend!!

I got my teeth whitened on Monday with Alyssa. I've never had it done before and had no idea what to expect. It was a great experience and very relaxing. Alyssa was super sweet and checked on me often to make sure I was doing good. The results were amazing! I am definitely looking forward to checking out the other services the studio has to over and going back for a 6 month followup!

I just treated myself to an ultimate spa day—infrared sauna, cryotherapy, massage with Julia, and facial with Faith. I feel amazing! The staff—led by Alyssa—are fantastic; they remember you and greet you like a dear friend. Highly recommend!
