This place was fast to get me in for the initial visit and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. However she had me go for an x-ray and then apparently they lost the results. Because the first time I called after one week, they said they had received them and I waited another week and called back and they said they did not have them. OK that can happen. So in that time my knee felt better and the swelling had gone down. So when the doctor asked if I wanted an MRI I said no I would just like some PT. She said OK and that was the last I heard and it’s been at least a week since that conversation with no word. So to sum up initially they will get you in quickly, but that doesn’t mean the problem will be addressed quickly. Oh also I had a shoulder problem after being in a car wreck but I was told that I had to make a separate appointment from the knee appointment in order for them to look at my shoulder. I have been to PT before in a different city where they actually looked at both things that were wrong with me in one visit. So this was not the best experience. It’s probably not the worst thing to happen to anyone so that’s why two stars instead of one.

I have treated with Dr. Danielle McCarthy and her team over the last couple of years and she and her team have treated me well. I suffer under extraordinary and complex circumstances and their ethics prevail o er profit. This doctor and her team have fought for me against my own insurance company, they have done a lot to try to help me and find help where they can't help themselves. It looks like they are working to try to improve the clinic after the last several years of problems with their other doctors. Give them a chance, I bet you will find it to be much better than it was.

This place is the best orthopedic office. They will usually see you same day and staff is nice. It’s small but quick and convenient and they have waterproof casts. Which is more than I can say for much bigger facilities like New Mexico orthopedics, who were rude and I spent more time making sure I had payment on file than I did doing anything else.
