ZiaZen Energy Enhancement Center

Recently I started having a very hard time sleeping at night. I was in bed sometimes for over 10 hours, and still felt tired or even exhausted in the morning. Attachment 1 is an example of my sleep measured by an OURA ring at my home (white is awake time and blues are sleep). For Thanksgiving I drove into Albuquerque for the Zia Zen Energy Enhancement System overnight session and to try out their hyperbaric chamber. In the EESystem I finally had my so long needed good quality sleep, and felt rested in the morning. Attachment 2 The following day when I came back to Zia Zen for my first ever hyperbaric chamber one hour session from 1pm to 2 pm, I was excited and curious, and didn’t know what to expect. My body fell into a deep sleep the whole time; I had an out of this world experience, like I blinked and time was over, and then I felt rejuvenated! I looked at my sleep measurements and it showed that even while my heart was working at 71 BPM, compared to usual low 60s when I sleep, my body felt very comfortable and “shut the lights out for healing” with double the deep sleep percentage of my improved EESystem sleep graph above. Attachment 3 I know now where I can get a quick burst for a very efficient reset. This place is amazing. I didn’t know what to expect when I first went there, but was hopeful that it would help with the low energy I have been feeling and pain issues I’ve had for some time. Even after the first visit I was amazed at how much more peaceful and serene I felt, and I could already tell a difference in the pain level. I’ve only been here three times and I’m already delighted by the results i’m experiencing. I’m so much more restful, I sleep better, I am calmer, I feel more balanced, and the pain issues that I have been dealing with are about 50 to 55% better. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in feeling better mentally emotionally or physically to give this a try. The people here are very nurturing, kind, and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and give Zia Zen a try.
