From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space is calming, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Perfect for relaxation and healing. Dr. Janet is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns. After my first treatment, I left feeling balanced, relaxed, and recharged. If you are considering acupuncture, this is the place to go!

Office was clean, the staff got me in for a consult quickly, Janet was nice. The way they handle payment is really not great. The program recommended to me for infertility and endometriosis was 6 months long with 2 30 minute visits per week. I was okay with this, until they told me I had to pay for the entire program upfront. The quote given to me was over 7,200 dollars, BEFORE tax. I was told I had to pay 50% at my first appointment and the other 50% within 3 weeks. There is no option to pay-by-appointment. This makes acupuncture care inaccessible to people like me, who don’t have that amount of money ready at their disposal in less than a month’s time. I left this office feeling discouraged and tearful. When I called for the consultation, they refused to give me any information about cost of appointments or payment over the phone and I had to pay for a consultation just to be massively let down. Sucks, because I was excited to try it.

So grateful for Dr. Janet and her staff. I went in to see them because I had lost major amounts of mobility and could no longer stand up straight. Chiropractic and massage helped, but I needed something more. Now, a little over three months later and I'm upright and able to be a full participant in everything again. I highly recommend Sonoma Acupuncture to everyone.
