I go to VitalCare to pick up product so I go a few times a week. The folks there are very nice.

The first delivery was at 6:00 pm very late in the evening. My next delivery was left by FedEx about one mile from my house in the sand and got wet in the rain. The FedEx driver saw the number at the gate but did not drive down the road to the house. He just left it in the sand. Fortunately my neighbor saw it as they drove by. The box did say Refrigerate upon arrival. The on call pharmacist has been the most helpful with my needs and requests.
