I just had the opportunity to do my first float and wow! The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The space is absolutely beautiful and well designed. I can’t wait to come back and get IVs done before traveling!

5 star service, and 5 star results! I recently visited Pause to try an IV therapy for the first time. I had been feeling under the weather and needed something to give it that final kick to feel better, so I decided to try their immune support IV therapy. From the second you walk in staff is friendly and welcoming , they even offer to make you some hot tea. the doctor/nurse that helped me get set up was knowledgeable and great at what he does. I’ve been wearing an Oura ring for quite some time now, so it was cool that I not only woke up the following day feeling tremendously better, but the health markers on my app went from “major signs of something straining your body” back to a completely normal level over night. For anyone with an Oura ring they may familiar with what I’m referring to, but that goes to show the benefit and quality of the service provided. I will definitely be returning to pause for future visits and also to try out some of the other services offered. Thank you guys!

I visited Pause post-surgery to use the compression boots, and I was genuinely impressed. The space is spotless, relaxing, and thoughtfully set up. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive , checking on me, making sure I was comfortable, and explaining everything clearly. The tea they offered was a really comforting touch and made the whole experience feel elevated. I left feeling much better . I’ll definitely be returning.
