From the day I scheduled my first TeleMed visit & how on top of calling me & letting me know everything needed for my 1st appointment I knew I was in great hands! The girls in the office are amazing! They respond quickly via text as well. They explain stuff in great detail. I work in the medical field & I’m picky. I will be referring everyone that I know that lives locally to you guys! Even the provider was awesome! Thank you for making it so easy, I look forward to working with you from here on out. Also their pharmacy they use is stellar as well! I feel like I hit the jackpot with this place.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They charged my card. No one showed up on my appointment at 330. Next day. They made appointment for 11 am no one showed up. Ignored all my text. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else where you and your money will be respected. As you can see from photos. Time of appointment and no one showed up. Not even a text or call to say no one would be on the call. Crazy. You been warned if you decide to spend your ones here.

Pure fusion IV Lounge is helping me with my weight loss journey . It was simple and easy with no hidden fees , spoke with a doctor and picked up my meds at the pharmacy . Office staff very helpful with all my questions .
