This place is absolutely amazing! They have a great team dedicated to assisting you with anything your feeling, whether its depression, anxiety, or even PTSD. I came here at my lowest, not expecting much but they definitely turned my life around for the better. I'm so grateful to be a part of the serenity family!

I really enjoy going to Serenity. The atmosphere is clean, and relaxing. It's definitely a vibe in the new office. I am excited to see the positive that comes out of treatment. The staff and docter are all very attentive and compassionate! Thanks again. ;) Sarah

This whole experience was incredible from the moment I called to make the appointment to the moment I was done with my treatment. They literally help you take your life back. Nazarine was an excellent tech and helped me so much. She’s amazing in every way. Their staff is very welcoming and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. I came here hanging by a tread and they helped me take my life back. I am truly grateful for their dedication and commitment to my care.
The staff here are truly wonderful. I’ve never experienced such genuine hospitality in a place dedicated to mental health care. Every team member is patient, helpful, and kind, always ready to assist with any request. They are attentive, professional, and consistently dedicated to their work. As I continue working on my mental health, Serenity Mental Health Center has helped me move closer to a healthier, more balanced state of well-being. Thank you for your dedication!

Please avoid this office at all costs.
First: I went here to start to explore if I had ADHD, or otherwise figure out why I was having issues focusing /with procrastination at work. Somewhat of an overachiever, my procrastination cycles were causing me to engage in extreme burnout hyperfixation runs, cycled with periods of exhaustion and inability to do anything. It was getting in the way of my personal life, and making my work life unsustainable when it didn't have to be.
My Dr, however, did not want to pursue that at first, and forced me to go through months of depression meds because I had some anxiety (caused, incidentally, by my focus and procrastination cycle issues) and issues sleeping (because my brain won't stop thinking about my to do lists once it gets quiet.) I do not have depression. I'm a joyful, enthusiastic person who loves to socialize.
She also tried to push TMS from the very first appointment, even though we hadn't even tried, discussed, or tested any other treatment. Everything I've been told from other doctors raises this as a major red flag, as TMS may be great for drug-resistant depression, but it's not a first appointment step.
I ended my relationship with the office in early October after I had insisted on an ADHD test which, at my final appointment, my doctor did not even bring up to me, while trying to push me onto a new, again not for me, depression medicine and TMS.
Since then, I have received "final bill" after "final bill" after "final bill." Every time, I have called the office and been assured that there would be no more bills. And yet everytime, like clockwork, a new bill comes a few weeks later.
Today I received, yet again, a bill for $350 supposedly for an appointment from August. Simply put, it is clear that this office does not have its billing in order, and are recharging me for issues that should be put to rest, for appointments that quite frankly were not only unhelpful for my issue, but perhaps even harmful by prescribing me medication I continually stated would not help me, and insisting on claiming I had a diagnosis that simply does not describe me.
I was promised a call back after I called to put this matter to rest, and have not received one. Quite frankly, I feel scammed out of my money, and angry at not only having my time wasted but my finances taken advantage of. This feels quite predatory.
