Changing Minds Psychiatry

I've been a patient at Changing Minds for several years now. They've expanded a lot, opening up several locations across the Las Vegas valley, but the care I receive hasn't wavered. I've always had top notch service from them. I've never had any issues with being able to get in contact with someone for scheduling an appointment or asking for a last minute med refill. They offer telehealth appointments and have an online portal which is really important to me as someone who doesn't drive. I also really love that they have a diverse staff including women and people of color. I've seen several different providers and they've all been very attentive and caring. They do truly listen to you. I always feel like I'm in the right hands and do recommend them to anyone interested in bettering themselves.

Some of the best providers in the valley….Sam is awesome! I or my family member(s) have also seen Angela as well and she’s great. Overall it’s been a great experience where I feel like a person being treated not a just a chart. I tell anyone who may need help or services that they provide about this place. Representation really matters and their staff lineup is very diverse. Also, from what I understand, Changing minds is also Veteran owned!

We had a great experience today. From the moment we arrived, Jennifer made us feel very comfortable and truly listened to our needs. There was everything was explained clearly, patiently, and in a way that made us feel confident we were making the right choice. What stood out most was the care and professionalism. We never felt rushed, and every question we had was answered honestly. By the end of our visit, we felt reassured and confident that this was the right place to come for our needs.
