Let me just start by saying THIS...IF you are thinking of getting surgery done or was told you need to get surgery done on an injury or pain that was sport, work, accident or exercise related...DO NOT DO IT! I 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sienna Spine and Wellness as Dr. John knows exactly what he's doing and will get you right without having to go through any type of surgery. Hands down he will take good care of you, and I guarantee you will walk out of his office feeling way better than how you felt going in. My first time there and my experience was AMAZING. I was greeted by his staff member Melissa with her Beautiful smile. She makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Very friendly with a Great Personality, and made my first visit a comfortable one. Dr. John is the BEST at what he does. Very professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen, very attentive, and makes you feel comfortable. The shockwave therapy is a must try...you will not be disappointed. I've been experiencing pain in my shoulder due to lifting heavy totes at work, but I brushed it off bcuz one of my friend from work had the same pain I've been having, but she ended up having surgery. I refuse to have surgery which is why I went so long without treating my pain. However, I came across Dr Johns website online and became interested due to the shockwave therapy that has helped his patients without having to do surgery. Obviously, I had to give it a try to avoid having to do surgery on my shoulder. BEST decision I've made bcuz I went in not being able to lift my left arm all the way up, and I couldn't reach over my right arm. I struggled just trying to fix my hair, and I knew it was bad when I struggled bench pressing a 15 lb dumbbell when my max is a 60lb. Never felt so helpless and discouraged in the gym before until that day I struggled lifting a 15 lb dumbbell. After he did his demo with the shockwave treatment...I felt a HUGE difference and I was amazed by the results. I left his office able to lift my arm up and I was able to reach over my right shoulder. Top notch treatment if you want to get rid of your pain without having surgery done. Dr. John makes sure that he helps relieve your pain before you leave his office and that's what he did for me. I am happy and satisfied with my first visit that I booked upcoming visits with him. Thank you Dr. John for taking good care of me and FINALLY giving me relief off my shoulder. You are the BEST!

I was desperate with my shoulder pain since May 2025! And my doctor only offered injections to heal it, which i can afford as my insurance doesn't cover it. The pain really impacts my life like I hardly can sleep at night and even drive. So I was looking for another way how to feel better. What I can say i never tryed the Shockwave theraphy before and I started to visit Dr. Fernandez once a week. He isn't only an amazing person also very experienced professional who does everything he can that you feel better! He has golden hands, he adjust my back so gently that I can finally move my neck and feel relaxed, the pain in shoulder almost gone. He gave very reasonable payment plan and package for any budget! I was impressed. The office stuff almost became like family to me and even after I finish my treatment I will still visit them and highly recommend. I usually not the person who writes reviews but this place got my heart, they really care and listen and you will fell better! Thank you so much that people like you still exist and for your hard work and open heart!

I have been experiencing ongoing pain and stiffness in my shoulder rotator cuff and meniscus tear injury to knee cartilage causing pain, swelling, and limited movement which have limited my daily activities and overall mobility. After undergoing shockwave therapy, I have noticed significant improvement in pain relief, reduced inflammation, and better joint function.
