I've been to Red Rock Neurology 3 times now The first time I was there I was really sick (I have breast cancer) and I really thought I was gonna have to reschedule bc I was so neasueas. The nurse was wonderful!! She waited on me each time I had to run to the restroom to be sick. She never rushed me, and was very patient with me. The first and 2nd time I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes and they were already calling me back to see the Dr. Today there was a little bit of a wait, but nothing out of the ordinary for Drs appointments in Vegas!! The 2nd time I was there for a nerve study. It hurt like hell but the staff was great!! I am impressed with the Dr, staff and the whole experience!!!

The staff is very helpful and patient and knowledgeable with their duties. I have a PI/WC case. They they were helpful in helping me to understand what I had to do next I had to go through work comp and there’s been many complications with my case. The doctor and the staff were able to help me understand what’s what and what to do next. thank you for the wonderful care.

First appointment with RRNPM. I must say the bad reviews do not meet the quality of service I received today. This was by far the fastest appointment I’ve had with any pain management office, the staff was awesome and Chantel is amazing. I’m happy they didn’t judge how I look by how I should feel, I’ve often heard, oh you look great. Simply bypassing what I mention, not at RRNPM. Chantel specifically asked me questions I didn’t have to speak of, felt like she new me since the spinal fusion in 2024.

So to give a little info on why I’m leaving this comment I’m paralyzed and I take the bus because I’m in a power wheelchair. So after 2 years of dealing with different doctors I came across the name of this doctor from one of my facebook groups I’m saying this was a good doctor to see. So after doing some research and finding out the doctor was from Jersey I thought I found someone who could help me with my neuropathy, but I Was so wrong. The first time I went there, I had an appointment my doctor sent over my referral And I went to my appointment never mind you. I said I take the bus so the bus took me an hour to get here cause it was across town from where I live so after getting here I sign in and they asked me if I had my referral. Because they didn’t send it over but yet they called me and we made an appointment so how did they not get my referral then after speaking with the rude office manager I just left because I was so upset then had to wait two hours for my bus so again a whole day down the Drain and wasted even my PCA was telling me how she was so rude and I better not go back. But still, I decided to give them another chance because I had high hopes for this doctor then I made another appointment for the other office on McDaniel. My appointment was January Fifth 2026 I got to this appointment. I sign in. They didn’t even ask for my insurance card or ID or give me the paperwork to fill out then they call me back to the room. I let the nurse know I did not receive any paperwork to fill out and then she had someone bring it to me… so we got there at 1:10 went back to the room at 1:25 and my appointment was 1:30 buss was picking me up at 3:15 after letting them know numerous times then we walked out at 3pm because I need to get on my bus because only way I can get home because I’m paralyzed.. a lady approached me saying can you just stay a couple more mins you should be up next? I was so upset I said a couple more mins ? I’m a new patient who has a lot to go over because I have numerous things wrong like CIDP, neuropathy and back issues so to have a real conversation with a doctor who cares it will be more that a voile mins and we are going to miss the bus we have been herd 2 hours. She proceeds to make up a lie And say it takes so long because people have to wait six months for an appointment and I said really Both appointments you guys scheduled me the same week or the next week you guys have plenty of appointments open So the six week thing is not true and your lack of compassion for somebody in a wheelchair And somebody who really needs an appointment Just like everybody in this office is so terrible she had nothing to say about me saying that all my appointments were scheduled within a week of me calling and if they weren’t within a week it’s because I choose the appointment because I had other appointments so it was just horrible that she would even make that up as an excuse She should be disgusted in the Doctor Who which I saw in the hallway who heard everything that I was saying had nothing to say, which is also terrible he could’ve at least came up to me and introduced himself and said I am so sorry for the inconvenience that this has happened to you two times But if you please can give us another chance and please make another appointment. Nope he just walked away. And yes, I knew it was him because his picture is on the website so no, I will never go here again or waste my time and in every group I’m in I will let them know to be aware of this place. And I’m sure the reply back from this company if I even get one will be a lie so please don’t even bother

Dr. Sherif Haraway is a amazing doctor. He is knowledgeable, patient, caring, and a doctor you can trust. I have been a patient of Dr. Haraway for years now and he has helped me so much with my health issues. Everyone in his office is kind and they go out of their way to make his patients feel comfortable and welcome. We are lucky to have such a gem of a physician in Las Vegas.
