I'm very sad to say that my counselor suddenly and without explanation stopped responding to my messages and soon thereafter I received a letter from my insurance company showing that the last claim processed from Renovation had been a "Termination of Services." They have not responded to my inquiries as to why this happened and I am shocked and completely disappointed. I went from recommending them to feeling bad that I referred people there. To be terminated like this without rhyme or reason, especially after almost two years of developing a relationship with my therapist - I just don't understand.

I walked in and learned they did not take my insurance. They were most helpful and genuinely cared about our circumstance and did far more in a short time than the “Business” that claimed to be counselers and a did accept our insurance. The staff at renovations is awesome good job!! Other behavioral businesses could learn a lot from you!!

Constantly calling the police because they didn't want to listen to my sibling and take their words and flipping it all around making false accusations and causing emotional distress. When I went here it wasn't like that. But now you can't even have a session without worrying about cops getting involved. Will be reporting the therapist to the board as well.
