Just the phone call alone was enough for me to decide not to go forward. From the beginning, the representative did not allow me to speak and repeatedly interrupted me, even asking questions about information I was already trying to explain. When I asked whether my time would be respected—specifically if visits were strictly by appointment or walk-in—I received inconsistent answers. I was told I could come in at any time before 2:30. I repeated the question to clarify, because I need to know my schedule will be respected because of work so I was told it was by appointment. I requested a 9:00 a.m. appointment, yet the representative did not ask for my name or any information to actually schedule it. I then asked if there were any instructions to follow prior to my medical examination (such as whether I could eat beforehand). This question was ignored entirely. I ended the call and called back, reached the same person, and repeated my question. She answered “no” and immediately tried to end the call while I was still speaking, claiming she was answering another call. At that point, it was clear that I was the one trying to extract basic information that should have been provided proactively. Due to this unprofessional and dismissive behavior, I informed her that I would not be coming. This was, THE WORST customer service.

Doctor was preparing my documents for immigration. Even though it took me awhile because I live in Manhattan, he was patient and helped me along the way. Today I got my sealed documents. I appreciate the help of doctor Kalitenko and staff of the office. Thank you

TERRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT COME HERE — especially for important documents. Sergey Kalitenko is rude and disorganized. This office is unprofessional, disorganized, and should be permanently shut down. Avoid at all costs.
