I had an absolutely amazing experience with Julie! She went above and beyond with her service and really put in so much effort using the laser machine. She took her time, went over the areas I requested multiple times, and made sure I truly got my money’s worth. I traveled all the way from Connecticut, and it was 100% worth the trip. Julie is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in what she does. She was SOOO. sweet, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. What stood out the most was how real, honest, and detailed she was, something you don’t find often. Because of how outstanding her service was, I’ll be commuting the distance every time just to see her for the rest of my sessions. I was honestly shocked—in the best way—by how genuine and professional she is. Highly recommend Julie!

I tried to schedule my first appointment, but it was canceled twice. The merchant kept asking for my voucher before I was physically present, which is completely unacceptable. I never received any service at all, and at this point I would rather go somewhere else. I strongly advise others not to pay through third-party apps for services at this location. There are also reviews on Groupon stating that vouchers were redeemed without any service being provided. Others have also complained that they purchased multiple services, but after receiving only some of them, the merchant stopped scheduling appointments altogether.
