A complete waste of time . I went in for a TMS consultation just to be told that I had other diagnoses; which were FALSE!! and could not receive treatment. I proceeded to try and tell whoever i was speaking to (no idea, front desk lady? don't even think she was a doctor honestly) that i did not have said diagnoses etc just to be COMPLETELY IGNORED and told “I’m sorry to break your heart” ??? Like I genuinely don’t know if this is a joke for you, but this is my life. I’ve struggled with mental health for YEARS just to deal with MULTIPLE incompetent doctors especially in the neurology field.

I wanted to tell anyone who may be nervous about starting treatment . I was extremely anxious about starting the on the first day. Dr Pitch immediately sensed how I was feeling and spoke to me as if we already knew each other. I knew his concern and care was genuine. During treatment I have been very lucky to have 3 technicians work with me Allessia Danielle and Christina. Each of them treated me with so much respect and kindness. They talked with me and empathized They did not judge my tears and sadness even though I judge myself. This whole time I have felt very safe and respected. I thank them all very much.

While investigating TMS - Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, I came across this office. When I called the first time, I appreciated that the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable about the process, so I made an appointment to see the Dr. After the initial visit, I decided to move forward and started the treatments. Since it was a new process for me, I was a bit uncomfortable at first but the Doctor and office staff put me at ease right away. They were very knowledgeable, patient and caring. I spent between 20-40 minutes each session and the time passed quickly as the office staff is very personable. Any issues I might have had were anticipated by the staff who was able to put my mind at ease. If you are interested in TMS, I highly recommend making an appointment to familiarize yourself with both the process and the people in the office.
