I have been going to Coastal for about a year for various treatments and all the staff have been amazing and flexible. Recently I have developed some lower back and sciatic pain and decided to start getting weekly massages. Nav, has been working one me for about a month and I have definitely seen improvements with a decrease in pain and increased of range of motivation. I definitely recommend getting some session in.

Dr. Jayman-Aristide is amazing. She listens to your concerns and genuinely cares about your well being. She explained thoroughly all the results she received from the tests I was given. WE then made a comprehensive decision on which protocol was best. I would highly recommend Dr. Jayman to anyone who is looking for someone who could help with perimenopause and menopause health.
