I came to Yoo Balance Physical Therapy for posture/motion analysis, gait analysis, and my first ever Pilates session to help with neck pain, and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Yoo is super kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and guided me through each exercise based on my specific issues, making my first Pilates experience so smooth and enjoyable. The EXBODY analysis was super detailed and absolutely worth the money — Dr. Yoo took the time to explain every part of it and designed a targeted plan to fix my imbalances. The space is calm, clean, private, and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone!!

This is my favorite place to be! Dr. Yoo is so knowledgeable and professional and gentle, she is always listening to where I am experiencing pain and guiding me through helpful exercises or stretches to resolve my issues. My SI joint pain has significantly improved since I started coming here, and the vibe is so calm and the environment so clean that I feel like this is a healing haven for me both physically and mentally. Would definitely strongly recommend anyone with posture issues or anyone wanting to do PT here. The massages with Jake is also excellent!
