Flow Wellness is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a relaxing atmosphere that instantly makes you feel taken care of. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and they truly take the time to listen to your needs and customize your treatment. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you look and feel your best. The space is beautiful, clean, and calming. I can’t recommend Flow Wellness enough. If you’re looking for a top-tier med spa in Buffalo, this is it!

Seriously, the worst ran business for weightloss injections. It is ran by Lucas who is so inconsistent and unreliable. I was on the injections for 9 weeks and 3 lb weightloss is all I received. It was probably due to the inconsistent units I was given and the missed weeks of no injections due to me not receiving responses for scheduled appointments. It appeared as the units were not tracked and the communication between Lucas and Sam who does the injections was not there. She will give you the unit injections and increase them as requested. But then when you're with Lucas to pick up the injection, the unit was much lower than what Sam would provide. Again, probably because it was not documented. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you want good weight loss guidance and injections, Revitalize You is amazing. I wish I did not switch from them to Flow Wellness.
