Jaclyn is truly one of the most compassionate and grounded therapists I’ve ever worked with. From the very first session, she made it easy to open up, listened without judgment, and offered thoughtful, practical guidance that actually made a difference in my day-to-day life. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and brings both skill and heart into every interaction. Aurora Wellness as a whole has also been incredibly easy to work with. Scheduling, communication, and follow-up are all seamless, and the team is responsive, organized, and respectful of my time. It’s rare to find a practice that combines great clinical care with smooth operations, but Aurora really delivers. I feel grateful to have found Jaclyn and Aurora Wellness.
