Anytime I’ve gone to Prosper for an IV I’ve had excellent service! Caitlyn is warm and knowledgeable about all the services & vitamins offered, and makes me feel comfortable when I’m nervous about needles. I went before my first marathon and she made sure I was ready and hydrated to hit my goals after months of training. I love the team at Prosper, and recommend to all in Westchester looking for the right wellness spa 😊

I had a wonderful experience at Prosper IV. I went with my daughter as part of a wellness weekend, and it was such a great way to reset together. Our nurse, Zarah, was amazing,warm, professional, and very attentive. She made us both feel comfortable, and we left feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend.
Never trust any medical facility if their mode of operation is to bait and switch. This low end tactic brings in to question everything else they do - like the quality and potency of IV contents, etc.
If you try to book online at Prosper IV there is no mention of the cost of a “wellness check” before you get your IV. You will be hit up with that additional cost after you arrive and it could be anything, $45, $75 who knows? There was no disclosure when I booked online.
I might as well have been at the Nissan dealership down the street suffering through their sales tactics. At least I would have expected it there.
I walked out and ended up going to Restore Hyper Wellness in Scarsdale. Upfront pricing, nicer facility, better parking, and better Yelp review.
Do you really want to trust a place like Prosper IV to put something in your body if they have their best interests in mind over yours?
(and of course, The response from the company is “yes there is a hidden fee buried in the fine print on the website”.. which no one can see and there’s no amount listed for what those fees are…same sort of B.S. games you would get at the Nissan dealership down the street)

I’ve been coming to this IV location since they opened around 2020–2021 and have been a frequent client ever since. I spend a significant amount here and have consistently supported this business over the years. Until recently, I had never experienced an issue. My most recent visit, however, was extremely disappointing. The RNs currently on staff appeared inexperienced. There were multiple attempts to access a vein, improper needle selection, and I experienced noticeable bruising and discomfort throughout the IV. This is not the level of care I was accustomed to receiving there in the past.
To be clear, I have always been kind and understanding with the staff — even during previous visits when I was poked multiple times due to missed veins, which is painful. I understand IV placement can sometimes be challenging, and I have never reacted negatively or disrespectfully. That is why it was especially upsetting to later be told that I had been rude and even accused of making one of the RNs cry — something that absolutely did not happen.
What was even more concerning was the follow-up regarding billing. I was contacted and told that my required intake/health assessment fee had not been paid. This intake is set up and processed entirely by the business — they send the link and collect the payment directly. Despite this, I was accused of not paying and was told I would be charged again if I could not provide proof. After reviewing my transactions, I confirmed that the payment had in fact been made. This appears to have been an internal error. Being accused of nonpayment for something the establishment controls, on top of receiving subpar care and being mischaracterized as rude, was extremely disappointing. There was no apology for the billing confusion or the inconvenience caused.
As a longtime, loyal client who has invested both time and money into this business, this experience felt unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. It’s unfortunate to say this, but the establishment now feels disorganized compared to how it once operated.
I truly hope they take steps to improve, but I can no longer recommend this location. I would never return!

Amazing! So relaxing and I have horrible veins but Caitlyn was amazing! She was gentle, super nice and informative. The place has a great vibe as well!
