I visited your office yesterday for a rescheduled appointment. Driving over an hour to get there upon arrival I was informed that the processing fee for the test originally quoted at $214 dollars was actually $515 which was different from what I was told. Why I understand mistakes can happen I was disappointed that no effort was made to resolve the issue or honor the original quote. As a business owner for over 35 years I believe it is important to address such errors and maintain customer trust. Due to this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will share my concerns with others. I do want to note that staff was very apologetic and professional throughout their interaction. The Ion test is $700. My sister and I have spent a lot of money and to ruin business for a couple of hundred dollars is a huge mistake!
