Dr. Figueiredo has completely changed my life. He is easily the best psychologist I've ever been to. He is genuine, caring and understanding. He's made a tremendous impact on my life in so many areas. Dr. Figueiredo is an amazing person and I highly recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Helmer is one of the kindest, most honest, and highly educated people/clinicians I have ever had the privilege of working with. I have been his patient for over 2 years and have seen such an incredible improvement in what had been life long mental health struggles. Through our work together I have been able to start making actual peace with my past and truly being living my own life! I cannot recommend him enough :)

The Anderson Clinic has been collaborating with Hello Mental Health for nearly two years and I’ve personally shared patients with Bailey, Helmer, and Michelle. The care, the time, and the attention that goes into each assessment is considerable. They are amazing collaborators and always let us know their concerns in real time. I’ve never had the joy and ease of this collaboration experience except with Hello Mental Health! Bailey runs an amazing business and the psychologists there are consummate professionals and amazingly kind people.
