Dr. Helmer is one of the kindest, most honest, and highly educated people/clinicians I have ever had the privilege of working with. I have been his patient for over 2 years and have seen such an incredible improvement in what had been life long mental health struggles. The Anderson Clinic has been collaborating with Hello Mental Health for nearly two years and I’ve personally shared patients with Bailey, Helmer, and Michelle. The care, the time, and the attention that goes into each assessment is considerable. They are amazing collaborators and always let us know their concerns in real time.
