When dealing with something as serious as mental illness, and dispensing meds. And when people are finding slivers of time to be able to make appointments, the lack of promptness shown here is concerning. I teeok my lunch break to come here at 1:30 and I am still waiting at 1:45 with no acknowledgement, or response when I asked when I will be see. This has happened before and she didn't even know I was here. This will probably be my last visit. Unfortunately. They really need to do better. I hate that it appears to be black owned. Thank you.

This agency lacks professionalism and knowledge. I’m currently gonna dismiss services from them as they lack communication with the family and it just seems like a very unorganized place. No one knows anything half the time and they are hard to reach. We were assigned Ms. Calvina and needless to say she needs closer monitoring when working with the youth and as she deals with her own personal struggles that may be affecting her job. She ls extremely difficult to talk to about my child and she has made no effort to do anything to assist with family issues. My daughter has underlying undiagnosed mental health issues and we thought this would help but it has made the situation with her even more uncomfortable as she creates more tension.
