I got intermittent care from Shelby over an extended period of time because of a severe TBI. I was immediately impressed with her honesty because of how she said that her therapy may not be the right fit for her because of my insensitivity to subtle physical changes in my body, despite of potentially losing a client because of saying that. I mainly saw her because of constant sore pain in my right thigh, but to also help with attention and sleep. On one day, she worked her magic to eliminate the sore feeling from my upper quad to my hip. Mostly however, my treadmill pace has dropped from 18 to 11 minutes per mile because of the slow benefits of my work with her and others. I say “others” because of people that she suggested that I see because of my best interests. Shelby is a high-quality person who is good at what she does and puts her care of her client first.

I cannot say enough nice words about Shelby. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable & non judgmental. I have worked with chiropractors, physical therapists & hand specialists for my severe carpal tunnel & all of them told me to have surgery because they were unable to make a difference. After a few sessions with Shelby, I started noticing improvements... she gave me my hands back & I am holding the progress several months later. Shelby is now working with my teenage daughter on some mental/emotional struggles & has already been able to give her more clarity, growth & peace in certain areas that years of talk therapy & medications couldn't resolve.
