Finding Angela and Recrea Health has literally changed my whole life! I was seeing someone local to me that was basically scamming me and I had no help from them with the issues I was having. I researched every provider I could find online and finally found Angela. I have lost almost 50 pounds, my digestive health is great now because of all of her care, my cholesterol is significantly lower, I'm no longer prediabetic. I had horrible edema in my legs and feet and that's completely gone and my mental health is better than it has been in years. Anytime I've had a question or concern she's been there immediately to help me. I absolutely recommend Recrea Health for any and all services that they offer. Oh, and when she says there are no hidden fees that's exactly what she means. She doesn't charge monthly fees, she doesn't charge for consultations or just to ask questions. I've never paid for anything other than my glp meds. And the price of those are the same no matter what dose your on. Angela is awesome! She actually listened to my concerns about perimenapause and the havoc it was causing in my body! Ordered labs and set me up with HRT that my body needed not just here is some creams! It has been less than a week and I am already feeling soooo much better and like my old self!! Can't wait to see how good I feel when my levels are actually where they are supposed to be!! If you are suffering from perimenapause or post menopause I highly recommend talking with her to get yourself back!!

What an amazing experience..I have been working with them for 2 weeks and already down 17lbs! The people are so nice and the prices are very affordable! And you have to try out their fancy scale..it tells you everything about your body just by stepping on it! 10/10 recommend!
