I found Dr. Tracey Cook on Google and she is a gem 💎! She is the best ND I have ever seen, hands down. She is a beautiful, nurturing healer. I was diagnosed with a serious life threatening illness in 2007 in Scottsdale, AZ and this is the first time since then that I feel whole again. Through her acupuncture and NET sessions which are powerful, I am working through deep trauma that has been affecting my physical well-being. I live in Columbus and travel 107 miles each way, up to twice a week to see Dr. Cook. She is worth EVERY mile. My health has improved and I always feel safe and happy when I see her and Kristin. They are helping bring me back to life! Allium Naturopathic Health is an amazing place to heal. 😉😇

Dr. Liz is absolutely amazing! She is the doctor I have looked for my whole life. She listens, answers all questions thoroughly, is kind, professional, and all around just a genuinely amazing person. Her knowledge is expansive and she is clearly passionate about her work. She has healed me through homeopathy and herbal medicine. She gets to the root cause of your issues and doesn’t just bandaide the symptoms like traditional western medicine doctors do. My toddler is also a patient of hers and she is just as sweet and attentive with him as she is with me. I could not recommend her or the entire office (Amy and Dr. Cook are both great as well!) more. You surely will not be disappointed if you go here and I truly believe you will see results.

Not only is Dr. Tracey Cook an excellent doctor, she is extremely welcoming and easy to talk to. I feel completely comfortable talking to her about my health concerns. I've been struggling with my issues for 3 years now and not a single doctor has been able to provide relief or results like Dr. Cook has! I feel like my old self again and have gained so much knowledge from her help. She genuinely cares about her clients and takes time to evaluate any issues you're going through. Beyond thrilled with the results and I cannot recommend her enough!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Cook enough. She is thorough, she is so kind, she listens, she is insightful and she takes her time to really get to the root cause of health issues. I have been going for two months and in that time, I have had blood test levels normalize, I have had decreased anxiety, better sleep and feel so much better even in a short time. I have enjoyed acupuncture sessions, a sauna session and red light therapy. The biggest change for me has been with NET therapy. I have done two sessions of NET therapy with Dr. Cook and the results are absolutely incredible. We did two sessions, focusing on my health, anxiety and fear of death. After my first session I was planning on going on a girls trip to Florida, and flying. Flying has always been a huge fear and trigger for me, and some thing that sends me into a spiral with high levels of anxiety, intrusive thoughts, elevated heart rate, elevated blood pressure and I can’t relax or not get emotional when I get on a plane . After just one session of NET I got on the plane with no elevated heart rate with no elevated blood pressure. I did not get emotional. I had no intrusive thoughts and I was able to look out the window of the plane for the first time and actually enjoy my travel! The fear of death was gone! I ended up texting my husband and telling him that I felt like a completely different person and I just could not believe the difference that it made and the freedom that I have! I cannot think Dr. cook enough and I am excited to continue healing my body and loving my body. If you want someone who listens, who is knowledgeable and who treats you holistically and not just treating you like a number, giving you a prescription and sending you on your way….I can’t recommend Allium and Dr. Cook enough! I wish I would have found her years ago!
