I have been going to Dr. Nancy for about a little over 2 years now. I tell everyone I can about her. When I first came to her I was an absolute perimenopausal mess. I was getting maybe 3 hours a sleep at night. I couldn't lose weight. I have a hyperthyroidism and I has a sudden flare of eczema on my face and scalp. I couldn't lose weight no matter what I did. But Dr. Nancy got me together. She got my cycles regulated and I was sleeping 7- 8 hours a night. Once we got the hormones balanced I was able to release the weight. Best investment ever. I always go to her when I have questions that my other doctors don't explain to me. She's always so thorough on going over my labs with me and what they mean & what she is looking for. She is truly a treasure for me & my family because she gave me my old self back.

Dr Nancy Grubb is great. She will actually help you instead of just trying to mask the problems with useless antidepressants or brush off very important things like a regular doctor would.

For the last 6+ years I have had constant issues with my digestion and acne. So much so that it became the normal for me, and I didn't realize it was my body's way of telling me that something was wrong. I've went to other doctors that wanted to prescribe a pill to cure me and call it a day, when a pill would just add to the issues and not help what was hurting me overall. Dr. Nancy helped me with a food sensitivity test to see what was bothering me. After finding out that gluten, among other things, was the main contributor, she helped me understand what next steps and what supplements to take to help me, among other things. She really took the time to explain everything to me and break everything down, which is huge for a doctor to do in my opinion. She didn't rush, and I found her extremely accessible as a doctor. Below are pictures of my skin before and after cutting out gluten. I noticed that the redness and breakouts disappeared almost immediately. I also included a picture of my skin before (in it's best non-gluten state) and after eating gluten, to show how it would break me out. It seems trivial, but after struggling with acne and other major issues it felt SO good to finally have answers and a reason for why these things were happening to me.
