My best friend and I recently attended a sound bath with Jennifer and Johnathan and it was such a beautiful, grounding experience!! ✨ The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive — she even helped us fix a small booking mistake right away with patience and care. The studio has a cozy atmosphere that immediately helps you unwind, and the sound bath was SO relaxing and left us feeling refreshed. The overall energy of the space made it easy to let go and be present. We are so glad we found Stella Luna and are already planning our next visit — can't wait to try out the salt room and float tank. Highly recommend!

I tried a float session and it was such a cool experience! It was very peaceful and almost felt like gravity disappeared. There was relaxing music, colorful lights, and all the essentials provided (towels, robe, earplugs, shampoo, conditioner, and soap), which made it really comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the woman at the front desk was so kind and explained everything clearly, which made me feel at ease. I was a little worried the salt would dry my skin/hair out, but it didn’t at all! I left feeling lighter and way more relaxed. This was my second time going here. I’ve also tried a sound bath meditation, which was amazing (it was a gift from my family). I’m definitely planning to go back for some yoga sessions. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cool way to relax and reset.

if you’re looking for a consistent therapy schedule this is not the place for you. i tried to reschedule my first appointment and they barely had any availability and any appointments they did have were virtual only. Aside from this, the front desk told me they would call me back to get my insurance submitted and i never received a call back. When i called in to do it myself, they said they would submit it and call me back within a day to let me know whether or not it covered anything and again, never received a call. I then, called in today to simply cancel the appointment and not return due to the lack of availability and consistent schedule and the girl who took the call hung up on me when i said i wanted to cancel. Very unprofessional and for a therapy establishment, they do not care enough at all.
