Concierge Connected Care

I am excited to write this review! In early October 2025 my legs, feet, arms, and hands became completely numb. I had memory loss and was sweating profusely. I went to the ER and my reflexes in both legs were absent. I was advised that I had Guillian-Barre Syndrome. I suffered severe back and leg pain and I became really weak. After a month of these symptoms getting progressively worse, I could no longer work or drive. I found Concierge Connected Care. I first met with Kristi Lorenc and then with Dr. Gokula. I was using a cane and my physical therapist recommended a walker. Dr. Gokula had introduced my wife and I to a new lifestyle plan that helped improve my energy and I started getting stronger. After making lifestyle modifications, Dr. Gokula started offering IV Ozone therapy, and it has been amazing! After the first treatment in February, I felt warmth in my legs for the first time since October! I no longer use a cane! After just 3 treatments I have a 40% improvement overall! Due to the numbness in my legs and feet I had an awkward gate when walking and now I am walking normal! My brain fog is going away and I have more energy! I am able to drive and go back to work! Dr. Gokula, Kristi, and the whole team are phenomenal! I had several phone, text, and email conversations with Dr. Gokula and his staff. Thank you for everything you are doing for me and my family! We are so blessed to have found Dr. Gokula when we did. My 90 year old father-in-law moved in with us and he has had several health problems he has been dealing with. We were not part of his previous care since he was living in Florida. It has been difficult to find good care for him and it appears the doctors in Florida either gave up on him or just threw meds at every symptom, never getting to the root cause. We recently started seeing Dr. Gokula and he took my father-in-law off of many of the dreaded bowl full of meds. This week we took him to the dentist and found out that his decaying teeth have gotten significantly worse in the month we have been waiting to get into the oral surgeon. He has several abscesses and started to have excruciating pain. Thanks to Dr. Gokula being by our side through this via text or call, we have been able to manage this emergency without having to take him to the ER, which would be even more distressing for him. Dr. Gokula has been prompt to respond and has been there for us throughout the entire process. He is giving me confidence in caring for my father-in-law and I would not be able to do it without Dr. Gokula. I love that he is knowledgeable in both natural methods as well as Western medicine. He takes things low and slow and gets to the root cause. Dr. Gokula is very thorough and stays on top of the care of his patients. He is well worth the concierge fee.

I really love the thoroughness of Dr. Gokula! He is not only really kind, but he’s absolutely considering all paths and options of treatment for his patients, before selecting the best path forward. I really appreciate him taking time to explain why he chose the path he has, and the outcome we’re expecting from it.
