After Four back surgeries I have tried everything. Pain killers never worked for me. Gave them up many years ago. While scanning the internet for a ice bath. To go with my hot tub and dry heat sauna. I found The Cryo Effect. I went in and talk to Shawn the owner. Started full body Cryotherapy. What a great feeling and the endorphin release is fantastic. I'm hooked every day for me.

Shawn was very friendly and informative on what to expect and how the treatment would progress. He prepared me on the steps before everything began, how cold it would get and what to do if something went wrong. He explained the packages available for future treatments. I'd definitely recommend if ever considering cryotherapy try here, you won't be disappointed.

It really helped with inflation, sore muscles, and generally when I would over do it.. I always slept really great after having a treatment. Generally felt better!! Shawn is awesome! He always remembered I liked to wear an extra pair of gloves. Easy to schedule appts. Would highly recommend. Talk to Shawn to get info on all the benefits.
