This place has been a really meaningful part of my healing journey. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels calm, steady, and safe — which matters more than people realize when you’re doing nervous system and trauma-related work. What stands out most is how thoughtful and individualized the process is. I never felt like a number or a protocol. Over time, I’ve noticed real shifts in how regulated and present I feel in everyday life — not dramatic, but deep and lasting. It’s been a powerful complement to therapy and other healing work I’m doing. I’ve always felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for here. If you’re looking for neurofeedback as part of trauma healing or nervous system regulation, I truly can’t recommend this place enough.

Neuroptimal has been an absolute game changer! After an intense surgery last year, I’ve noticed increased times of debilitating brain fog, lack of motivation, lack of focus.
