Love it everything about Lauri’s hard work and dedication on helping people to get more healthier in nature way. Her inspiration and her journey to become a naturopath health practitioner. Highly recommended!!!

I’ve had a lingering cough for 6 months after having Influenza A this past winter. I tried out the infrared salt therapy spa and, my chest is already feeling better and my cough has noticeably decreased today. I also took advantage of a foot detox and wow, that was an experience to see all the toxins being pulled out!!! But, man was the service great, the prices were so reasonable, and the service was exemplary! You’ve got to try it out and experience the kindness and care you receive from the owner all while she consults to use her knowledge in meeting your individual needs!
