Love Gretchen and the Balanced Mind. Neurofeedback with her has really helped me out of the hole I was in because of anxiety and depression issues. She's good at what she does and truly wants to help everyone she works with. I'm feeling much more like myself. Even so, I will likely continue to work with her periodically now that I'm back to what I would consider my normal.
