Absolutely outstanding care! I came to Matthew Adair struggling with both stubborn plantar fasciitis and ongoing shoulder pain, and the improvement has been remarkable. Awesome place to heal together with a wonderful and professional team. After a few times going and getting my treatments I can feel the benefits. I'm sleeping a little better and my IBS is getting better as well. My goal is to heal and rebalance my body. I came to Dr. Matthew with headaches, shoulder pain, and stress related issues. I no longer suffer from headaches and the therapy perscribed has definitely helped take me out of fight or flight mode. My treatments have helped relax muscles associated with posture, which was a contributing factor to said headaches and shoulder pain. Dr. Matthew and his staff are great and I am so grateful I found them!
