Everything started out great and was exactly what I had been looking for. The nurse was friendly, professional, and always responsive by text. However, on October 9th I was charged for my monthly medication, and after two weeks with no delivery, I began reaching out for an update. For more than a week, my calls and texts went unanswered. On October 29th, I finally received a message saying the pharmacy had been contacted and that my medication would arrive on Friday, October 31st. It never arrived. When I contacted the pharmacy myself on November 3rd, I was told the clinic had never placed the order. Since then, I have tried multiple times to get in touch to request a refund, but I have not received any response. I don’t know what is going on with this clinic, but being misled about contacting the pharmacy has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank in hopes of getting my money back. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware.

Staff is personable, kind and helpful. Worked with me when dosage needed to be adjusted. Availability is great. I would highly recommend the Weight Control Clinic.
