I’m was recommended to Christina by my physical therapist. I have been experiencing chronic pain from a previous hernia surgery and I booked 6 appointments. I did get some relief from the treatments, but I believe I will need another surgery to fully remedy the issue. Christina was super helpful and insightful the entire time. I highly recommend Christina. She is an absolute professional and cares deeply about her patients.

I have been in chronic pain for a year, following an injury to my hip. I did chiropractor care, physical therapy, acupuncture, myofascial release, and worked with a naturopath. Nothing I tried seemed to help. I scheduled 6 appointments and I am not even done with treatment and I am at least 75% better. I have had pain free days and when I do feel a twinge of pain it is mild in both intensity and duration. I feel hopeful for the first time in many months that I can heal and that I can resume the activities I used to enjoy. Christina Lask is wonderful! She is professional, caring, and knowledgeable! I can't recommend her enough!
