Worst staff I’ve ever experienced. They moved my appointment without notifying me after I took a day off of work and had a driver all lined up. Not all of us live in Bend and some of us have to drive hours for specialty appointments. I even left messages on the nurse line with no return calls to try and understand what to expect of my procedure. While Dr Wallace might be a good physician, his staff is definitely not patient centered. I’ll be taking my care and business elsewhere.

This office is not great! They informed me four times that they were waiting on a pre-authorization from my health insurance company and each time I checked with my insurance, they said there had been no contact from Dr. Wallace's office. After 5 weeks, I am still waiting for a callback.

I had seen Dr. Wallace for years. Winter 2023 after 3 falls I needed help with injections. I had a 5 mg pain pill from a pain management dr. Dr. Wallace at one of my 3 appts. Bad mouth the other dr. even saying he owed him money and he turned him in to another drs. Office and said he was bringing him down
