Cecily figured it out! I went to her with a list of issues and symptoms I'd been dealing with for as long as I can remember. After very thorough testing she was able to pin point the reason(s) of why my body was reacting the way it had been. She takes the time to really understand your history and lifestyle and how those factors, beyond the testing, could be contributing to symptoms. I learned a great deal about my body and was thrilled to discover reasons to explain how I was feeling. I would have never been able to discover these issues through a traditional Dr. or researching on my own. I would highly recommend her to anyone who's looking to get deeper insight into their health and wellness.

I definitely feel better and more energy with implementing nutrution, supplement and lifestyle recommendations. I have been able to discontinue a couple of prescription medications I was taking before starting this program. My experience with Cecily was great! She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to! She gave me all the tools I need to continue on my health journey. I would definitely recommend this program to others. Cecily really takes the time to get to know you and your health concerns. Working with Cecily really opened my eyes to exactly what my body needed and took the guess-work out of figuring out what supplements were necessary for me. With the simple, consistent, and effective protocols she created for me, fine tuned to what my body specifically needed, I’m in a much more balanced and stable state.
