I cannot recommend Dr. Pope at Total Body Chiropractic highly enough. There are a number of skills that set him apart in addition to his deep knowledge of the body. He has a genuine curiosity and relentless investigative approach to care. He doesn’t settle for surface-level symptoms or temporary fixes. I know so many people who see him and a common theme is that he is willing to dig deep, ask thoughtful questions, observe patterns and consider the whole body in a way that many practitioners overlook. Dr. Pope is kind and professional and clearly loves what he does! He is so compassionate and dedicated to patient outcomes. I highly recommend him!

Check in was simple, the paper work was all online which was easy to do from my phone. I was greeted with care from the moment I walked in. My DO was extremely friendly and professional. I felt very relaxed and as a RN, I notice these things. He made me feel comfortable. He listened to my responses. He was very gentle. I felt very relaxed and I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I had an excellent experience at Total Body Chiropractic! They were super accommodating and immediately responded to any questions I had via text. At my initial assessment, Dr Colton took lots of time to listen, ask questions, and gather a thorough background prior to treating my pain. When it came time to for my adjustment he knew precisely where the pain was and treated it with gentle care. He gave me several exercises/stretches to work on at home and referred me to some other practitioners who would also be helpful. I left feeling lighter, more flexible, and happy to have found a knowledgeable and compassionate team who will be my new go to for chiropractics and other services such as massage, laser therapy, spinal decompression therapy and more. Highly recommend!!!
