I found breathwork and IFS to be a powerful combo that led to unexpected awakenings and life changing internal shifts. Hart manages the breathwork facilitation dance with a beautiful combination of skill, grace and intuition. IFS sessions are held with patience and compassion. Hart is able to tune in and be present in a way I’ve never experienced before. I’m deeply grateful for his support in my eventual returning home to myself.

I have been working and growing with Hart for the past 3 years. My experiences with Hart have been beyond anything I could have imagined for myself. His deep empathy and understanding of the human condition, particularly in the realm of men's work/sacred masculine, serve to empower Hart to hold calm, strong, loving space for all that has been happening in/with me. Through various modalities of talk therapy, somatic work, parts work, and (maybe most impactful), breath work, Hart has held space for me and other brothers with love, intention, accountability and compassion. His guidance through the ancient art of breath work has been truly inspiring and evolutionary for my daily practice and a trusted tool upon which I can call in times of deep need - so powerful! I could not more highly recommend my friend and brother, Hart, to anyone seeking to explore and expand their own self understanding and self expression to the world.
