We talked about intentions, pulled oracle cards, built altars with sacred objects to hold the space in the treatment room. We brought in ROSES and essential oils and beautiful blankets and rattles and feathers to help move energy while I was receiving treatment. We sang prayers and chants and I felt comfortable to move my body, shake my body, and even do a little (laying down) dancing — which is what I want when my brain is being softened and reprogrammed!! AND… highly attuned bodywork! Dr Lindsay Wilkinson wasn’t just sitting in the room to monitor me. (I was hooked up to a 5-lead EKG and an IV and she watched my heart rate and blood pressure the entire time). She (with permission) did craniosacral work, Mayan abdominal massage, Reiki, light massage and also Held my Hand! I’m done with treatment now. And I feel that my brain has received surgery. It feels different. And my Spirit feels reconnected. I have been to countless providers for my variety of health issues. Dr. Wilkinson is one of the most caring providers I have met. You can tell when a provider really cares for the people they treat. The minute I met her, it was so apparent she truly wanted the best for me. I was at a low point in my life and Dr.Lindsey met me with empathy and worked with me to achieve a better quality of life. She truly gave me hope in a time that was a foreign concept. I am incredibly grateful Dr. Lindsey was my provider when I lived in Portland

If you are thinking about trying Ketamine for mental health support I would definitely recommend reaching out to Dr. Wilkinson or Dr. Holloway at Aureo. I was a bit nervous because this was a new experience for me, but they were professional, caring, and compassionate. They helped make the treatment a positive and healing encounter. Also, their office manager is helpful and nice too. I feel thankful and lucky I was able to find them.
