Dr. Sophie is a pt genius! My hip kept popping out for over a year & nothing helped until 6 in depth appointments with her! If i didn't have to move, I'd still see her on the regular to fix everything else in me. Haven't been able to find a replacement for her yet :( she is The Best pt chiropractor & sports medicine person I've ever met & i am a massage therapist & personal trainer, so ive seen & worked with many.

I've had a great experience working with Dr. Zach to help address some elbow pain. Zach helped identify exercises and has given me lots of feedback on form, and it has made a big difference. He is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and I am grateful to receive such excellent care for my first time ever working with a PT.

Dr. Zach is awesome. I’m an mma fighter and I highly recommend him to anyone in the combat sports community or (any community for that matter). He trains jiu jitsu which allows him to understand the types of movements and strain I put my body through on a daily basis. He really knows his stuff and you can feel it from the first moments you start talking with him. I came in with a neck injury and felt like the pain was just something I would have to deal with forever. I left with less pain and a feeling of optimism that the plan Dr. Zach put together would not only resolve my neck pain, but allow me to get to an even stronger version of myself.
