My time with Evelyn was incredible! Im so impressed we reversed incline resistance, balanced hormones, and dropped 20+lbs within a couple of weeks, which were all things I had never been able to accomplish with anyone in the past 8+ years. Evelyn communicated with me daily, provided me with life long skills and educated me every step of the way. I’m now comfortably managing and continuing all the progress we made together on my own. Her knowledge, experience, and passion are just a few things that make her so great. She will forever be my first go to girl and I plan on staying in touch for supplements that I fell in love with and overall wellness needs I may need help with in the future. Evelyn is absolutely brilliant! Her knowledge of genetics, pharmaceuticals, and the medical industry have been so valuable in helping treat my Long Covid and ME/CFS symptoms. Evelyn is a weight loss expert and is so passionate about setting her clients up for long-term success by addressing issues like preventing Alzheimer's through research on the APOE genes. I would highly recommend working with Evelyn if you are serious about losing weight. She will use facts relating to your body composition and age to design a highly effective program that you just have to follow. You will have to make sacrifices to be sure, but if you get creative with your meals and recipes the food portion can be fulfilling. And her knowledge and use of supplements is pure genius. Everyone is not the same and this is Not a one-size-fits all approach.

I really can't remember weighing a specific weight or fitting into a pair of jeans as I have been over weight my whole life and figured that was just how I was built. When I met Evelyn she talked about how she wanted to help everyone be healthy and happy and that she could make the fat melt away. Evelyn is amazing! She is full of passion and energy to positively impact people’s health! She is an inspirational and knowledgeable guide and accountability partner. If you are committed to change, she will perform miracles you never imagined within your health and wellness journey! I’m a full time working mom of a 3 and 6 year old. I’ve always considered myself to be a healthy person and I’ve worked hard to make good exercise and nutrition choices. Since having children, I tried to improve my health and lose weight, but it was always massive effort resulting in small improvements that weren’t sustainable. I tried multiple diets including HCG, 21 day fix, fast metabolism, etc. I worked out 4 days a week lifting weights for over 9 months, but still had minimal weight loss. I met with Evelyn at Simple Wellness and knew this would be different. She is an expert in the field of health and nutrition and created a comprehensive plan for me. She walked me through step-by-step, analyzing how my body was functioning and what it truly needed in order to be healthy from the inside out.
