I started my journey in October of this year, already a few months in I feel better then ever. I have more energy and years of stomach issues are now under control and more manageable. I have lost about 10 pounds so far and I am very eager to see how my body improves. Dr. Clark is so knowledgeable and explains everything for you to understand. She recommends great products and delicious recipes to try. I would definitely recommend checking them out, I am so happy that I did.
