My experience with Dr. DelMonte is the first time I’ve been treated like a person by any doctor. I’ve shuffled through so many doctors my whole life and never felt truly listened to until I met her. She genuinely cares about her patients and not just the money and will work tirelessly to get you better. In addition to treatment, she has spent so much extra time with me suggesting stretches and yoga poses, supplements and other general health tips that have had great results. She is always super flexible with appointments and though they are quick, I always end up spending so much time just chatting at the end because she is also one of the sweetest, funniest and quirkiest people I have ever met! I feel like I have found not just a doctor, but a friend who wants the best for me and my health and I am so beyond thankful for that! I would recommend her to absolutely anyone!

Dr. Del Monte is a very caring, highly-trained specialist. I was initially nervous about seeing a chiropractor, but she has dispelled every myth I’ve heard about chiropractic care and treatment. Each of my visits with her have been tailored to my personal needs and not just a standard “snap-crackle-pop” (as I like to call the adjustments). I’ve never felt rushed in nor out of my appointments, having received specialized attention for the automotive accident issues I’ve had to deal with this past year. The best part about my visits with her is that in addition to the progress she helps me make with my injuries, she also takes time to teach me exercises that have contributed to my healing. She’s also worked on my neurological impairments caused by my accident. At first there was a lot of anxiety and uncertainty about someone doing adjustments to my spine, but she is always so gentle and assuring, and would not do anything I was uncomfortable with. With time, she helped me relax into more effective treatment methods that have accelerated my recovery and reduced pain/inflammation to almost nil. Lastly, I’m grateful that she treats me like a person. I’ve come into her office in pain some days, not wanting to speak or be in treatment, and she respected me and what I was dealing with. I haven’t had that kind of health professional interaction since my pediatrician, which says a lot. Overall, I would give her more than five stars for her practice as well as customer service.

What an excellent experience I had going to Gentle Health & Wellness Center. I have many health problems, which include back and knee problems and severe Migraines with seizures. Dr. Delmonte was so patient with me and took her time to explain everything she was doing. Showed me which Exercises and stretches I needed to do to help myself. We then discussed a treatment plan that works with my busy schedule. I can’t thank her enough for how much better I feel.
